![]() He wants to basically have stereo-mix but exclude ventrilo. Stereo-mix/'What-you-hear' will obviously output the ventrilo sound because it is the mix of all sounds on the computer. ![]() He wants to be able to talk on ventrilo but not have the stream pick that up. Maxx wants to be able to have the sounds on his computer be outputted, But not Ventrilo. Stereo-mix is the combination of every sound outputted from the computer, this includes ventrilo. His audio record/stream source is stereo-mix/'What-you-Hear'. This is an issue anytime you are trying to mix audio and video from the PC source. #13 I am particularly interested in this thread as this is something I have wondered about as well.įor anyone who is wondering what Maxx is doing, you can ignore the whole xsplit part of his explanation. I doubt there is a solution, but just wondering. Thus if somebody talks into vent while at the same time is watching my stream, they will hear themselves talk in my stream. However, anything playing through the speakers automatically gets broadcasted to my channel. If I get into vent, and somebody talks, this WILL play through my headset speakers, because that is the only way for me to hear them. In order to broadcast the SC2 gamesounds, i have the speakers on in XSplit. This will make it so that anyone watching my broadcast will hear me talk, but my voice is not heard through my own speakers. ![]() I get around the mic echo issue by going into the windows recording devices options, and unchecking "listen to this device", while still having the audio levels around 40. In XSplit, i have broadcast mic and broadcast speakers on. Ok lemme try this again.Ĭreative soundcard and attached to it are my headset and mic 3.5mm jacks. #3 I have a headset, umm sorry I need to be a little more specific haha. ![]()
